Shipping policy

PROCESS TIME

Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days. Once orders are shipped we are no longer responsible for the shipping carrier processing times and delivery windows. 
We are a micro business with a small team please understand we are always doing our best to get orders sent out as soon as possible. During high volume periods such as sales and new releases process time can take upto 4-7 Business days. If a order is time sensitive please contact us info@frecklyollie.com.au or select Express Shipping if in doubt. 

Express Shipping orders will not be processed any faster than Regular Post orders, its the shipping carrier that will expedite the parcel. 

WRONG ADDRESS

We will not be liable for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided. You can email info@frecklyollie.com.au , we will do our best to update details however if packages have already left our premises it is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
